When was it built?

The massing is a story-and-a-half front-gable cottage: steep roof, paired windows tucked under the rake, and a full-width porch on simple posts. That combination was a builder’s staple back when streetcars were still a thing, or from about 1910 to 1930. The oval window in the peak is a period flourish rather than a later add-on; it shows up on cottages and small Dutch Colonial variants of those decades, not on Victorian houses and not on postwar ranches. The clapboard, the modest chimney, and the lack of ornate brackets or a deep Craftsman bargeboard point the same way: vernacular, not high-style.

A permit or the original abstract would settle it. From the facade alone, 1915–1930 is the honest range.
