That means in Minnesota there are 714 non homeless per homeless. To make that per household, it’s 238 households per homeless. Or in dollars, it is $5/household to cover a one bedroom for someone without.
This does not seem unmanageable from a financial standpoint. Hence it’s easy to wonder if the problem lies elsewhere.
