My son’s home from the U and the news is that robberies are regular occurrences, armed robberies that is. At what point do people decide to support law enforcement?

ST. PAUL SATURDAY NIGHT SHOOTINGS UPDATE:

-150 + shell casings found from 3 shooting scenes.

-Bullet hit elementary school.

-Shootout at a house party, multiple houses + cars hit in the area.

-7 people injured, they are expected survive.
